The Business Systems Team maintains and optimizes core internal platforms that power Wiz's operations. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will lead technical program management and execution of high-impact strategic initiatives across internal business tools. You will serve as a senior systems resource bridging business strategy, system logic, and technical design. Key responsibilities include: - Leading large-scale technical program management initiatives across complex internal systems - Conducting deep systems analysis, data mapping, and functional integration pathway design - Managing end-to-end enterprise workflows including CRM, CPQ, Contract Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition - Reviewing and optimizing data models, integration patterns, and APIs - Driving consensus and influencing strategic decisions across peer teams and stakeholders without direct authority - Translating complex technical trade-offs into actionable insights for business leaders - Supporting M&A integrations, including evaluating and unifying business systems flows - Operating with high autonomy to navigate ambiguity and bring structural clarity to multi-system initiatives Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - 8+ years as Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Technical Consultant supporting large-scale enterprise transformations - 4+ years leading complex, multi-system initiatives - Experience with end-to-end enterprise workflows (CRM, CPQ, Contract Management, Billing, Revenue Recognition) - Experience reviewing data models, integration patterns, and APIs - Proficiency with Agile/Kanban methodologies and tools like Jira Preferred qualifications include M&A integration experience, staff-level leadership demonstrating influence without direct authority, collaborative peer leadership, exceptional problem-solving in ambiguous environments, and strong communication skills.
