The company serves 30,000+ customers (including 100+ Fortune 500 companies) with integrated solutions for video security, access control, air quality, alarms, intercoms, and visitor management across 170+ countries. You will join a lean but expanding Strategic Finance & Business Operations team as a critical analytical partner to senior leadership. This role offers flexibility to focus on either Product or Go-To-Market (GTM) pillars based on your interests. Key responsibilities include: - Serve as primary business partner to multiple senior leaders - Own financial planning and budgeting for significant portions of a several-hundred-million-dollar budget - Design and maintain management dashboards and key operating metrics to assess business health - Generate deep performance insights and identify resource allocation optimization opportunities - Lead cross-functional projects to improve operating efficiency and scale - Build tooling, automation, and internal processes to support next-level operational sophistication You bring 2-6+ years of experience from Strategic Finance, Business Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A, or similar analytical roles at fast-growing companies. Your background may include investing, management consulting, or investment banking. You combine strong analytical horsepower with excellent modeling and data skills—comfortable with spreadsheets, databases, SQL, and AI tools to amplify (not replace) your technical capabilities. You balance meticulous attention to detail with strategic 80/20 thinking, thrive in ambiguous fast-paced startup environments, and excel at building credibility across diverse stakeholders from sales to engineering. You're a genuine team player with strong communication skills and a learn-it-all mindset. This is a full-time, in-office role requiring five days per week onsite in San Mateo, California.
