The Senior Analyst, Operations Analytics will work across the organization to support new and ongoing initiatives as part of a highly experienced and passionate team. This role plays a key part in defining the future of the organization through enterprise-wide and operational performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for executive, operational, and clinical leaders
- Support clinical performance and outcomes measurement
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement across the organization
- Provide data-driven insights to support cross-functional initiatives
- Work closely with operational and clinical leadership, market stakeholders, and the technology team to develop analytics that support clinical decision-making, quality improvement, and value-based care performance
- Analyze medical claims, lab data, EMR data, and other clinical data sources to assess quality, utilization, and outcomes
The role offers hybrid-remote flexibility, allowing work from home while fulfilling in-person needs at the office, clinic, or patient home visits.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of analyzing medical claims, lab data, EMR data, and other clinical data sources to assess quality, utilization, and outcomes
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in ambiguity; self-starter mentality with desire to work in a start-up environment
- Previous experience at a start-up is a plus
- Experience supporting physicians, medical directors, or clinical leaders with analytics is a plus
