Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a People Analyst to deliver timely, high-quality people reporting and analysis with limited direction. This role owns recurring and ad hoc reporting, maintains accurate People Analytics dashboards, and prepares clean, compliant datasets for deeper analysis. You will work in FBG's HRIS data environment (Snowflake and Oracle HCM) to identify and resolve data issues early, directly supporting People team goals through partnerships across People, IT, and Data teams. Key Responsibilities: Reporting & Data Delivery: Complete and track ad hoc and state/regulatory reporting requests independently on routine reporting while meeting agreed timelines. Pull and build reports in Oracle HCM (OTBI) to support People team requests. Maintain a clear log of recurring reports, owners, and delivery cadence. Complete analysis for People team metrics including attrition, headcount trends, and related KPIs. Dashboards & Self-Serve Tools: Handle updates and maintenance for People Analytics dashboards currently built in Streamlit in Snowflake. Take on more advanced dashboard development under guidance from the People Analytics and DSEA teams. AI Enablement: Use approved AI tools such as Claude to speed up everyday work, including drafting queries, documenting processes, and summarizing findings. Explore new AI capabilities in Snowflake and the broader People tech stack, sharing learnings with the team. Build automations and process improvements using available AI tools with guidance. Validate AI-generated output and follow FBG's AI use guidelines before sharing work. Data Preparation, Quality & Privacy: Prepare data for advanced analysis by combining large datasets from multiple sources, cleaning and validating data. Follow FBG's people data privacy and security standards, including state and international compliance. Flag data discrepancies to People Analytics and People Operations, tracking each issue through to resolution. Team Contribution & Communication: Share findings clearly and concisely with People team partners, including non-technical audiences. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and share with the team. Support peers by sharing knowledge and helping stakeholders understand what the data shows. Requirements: Required: 3+ years of experience in an analytics role, ideally within a People team. Proficiency with SQL and experience working in a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake. Experience with data visualization tools (Streamlit, Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Familiarity with team member lifecycle metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring, internal mobility, and engagement. Experience handling sensitive or confidential data with care and strong attention to detail. Ability to clearly define routine and non-routine data problems and explore solutions. Clear, concise communicator who can explain data to non-technical audiences. Experience balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment in partnership with your manager. Collaborative, proactive, and growth-minded. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or equivalent work experience. Experience with Python, R, or similar. Working knowledge of basic statistical concepts. Experience with HR systems such as Oracle HCM/OTBI, Greenhouse, Qualtrics, learning management systems (LMS), and performance management platforms. Comfort using AI tools such as Claude to speed up analysis, documentation, or reporting workflows. Familiarity with Git or version control.
