This role bridges applied AI, solutions architecture, and internal enablement, sitting within the Strategy & Operations team to serve as connective tissue across the Success organization.
You will identify high-impact opportunities where AI and automation can accelerate customer success operations, then translate those opportunities into practical, scalable solutions. Your work spans multiple domains: accelerating content creation, enabling smarter learning experiences, connecting internal data sources, and automating workflows that improve efficiency and decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:

You're comfortable partnering with engineering teams to scale solutions.
Preferred qualifications: 4+ years in AI solutions, solutions architecture, internal tooling, or automation; hands-on experience with Claude or other leading LLM platforms including prompt engineering and agents; experience integrating AI with APIs and internal systems; demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback.
