- Own workflow automation for repeatable operational tasks using AI-assisted tools where they deliver meaningful time savings
- Act as the link between Marketing and the AI/upskilling programme, surfacing areas where the team spends time on repetitive work and bringing back relevant tools, prompts, or agents
- Support rollout of new AI-enabled processes through documentation, training, and troubleshooting
Budget, PO & Invoice Administration:
- Serve as point of contact between Marketing and Accounting/Procurify for POs and invoices
- Track budgets and support monthly reconciliations across the organization

- Work with the Marketing Operations team to recommend consolidation or decommissioning of duplicated or underused tools
Requirements:
- Comfortable owning team logistics and administration (bookings, catering, calendars) alongside higher-level operational work
- Strong operational and project management instincts with ability to bring structure to ambiguity
- Solid working experience with Asana (or equivalent) for cross-functional planning and reporting, not just task tracking
- Budget/PO administration experience in any function
- Confident in using AI to improve workflows and productivity
- Marketing experience is a plus; admin or operational experience is essential
