EVERSANA INTOUCH is a global full-service marketing agency network serving the life sciences industry, part of the integrated EVERSANA commercialization platform. The Speaker Bureau Implementation Manager owns the management, launch, and optimization of speaker bureaus within the proprietary platform, serving as the primary business owner for the speaker bureau portal.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining comprehensive understanding of portal functionality to assess and resolve business needs; attending project briefings, kickoff meetings, and bureau launch planning sessions; providing strategic input on program structure, budgets, and operational strategy; identifying operational and system improvement opportunities; owning development and maintenance of work instructions for all task processes; assisting with speaker bureau launches to ensure accurate implementation of customized components aligned with timelines; translating program specifics into team playbooks and training materials; and continuously evaluating portal performance to identify automation, reporting, and usability enhancement opportunities.
The role requires working directly with internal developers to translate business and client needs into clear technical requirements; conducting thorough system testing including user acceptance testing (UAT); leading implementation of process improvements; providing guidance and training for the speaker bureau portal and processes internally and externally; communicating program updates and system changes to ensure stakeholder alignment; supporting and coordinating Veeva submission processes; and pivoting across multiple programs to support business demands and new launches. Travel up to 20% for client meetings, launches, and trainings is required.
Minimum qualifications: 4+ years pharmaceutical industry experience working on speaker bureaus and/or platforms; proficiency with Excel, Zoom, and Teams. Preferred: Bachelor's degree; 6+ years pharmaceutical experience launching or implementing speaker bureaus/platforms; experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats and submission workflows including MLR process. Full-time, 40 hours Monday-Friday.
