Quince is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand built on a manufacturer-to-consumer model, eliminating traditional retail layers to deliver high-quality essentials at fair prices. The company spans apparel, accessories, home goods, and more, serving tens of millions of customers globally with a focus on sustainability and operational excellence. As Sourcing Manager for Home Textiles, you will lead sourcing operations across China and Southeast Asia, building and managing supplier relationships to ensure products meet Quince's standards for quality, sustainability, and cost-efficiency. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic vendor development and tactical execution in a fast-paced DTC environment. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for home textiles, identifying and onboarding new vendors while maintaining existing partnerships across China and SEA markets. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings without compromising quality, sustainability, or ethical standards. • Collaborate with design, product development, and operations teams to manage product programs from material selection through final production, ensuring timelines and specifications are met. • Conduct market research on cotton materials and sustainable sourcing practices to inform strategic decisions. • Oversee quality control processes, including factory audits, compliance checks for environmental and labor standards, and supply chain risk management. • Monitor production output, resolve procurement issues, and optimize inventory management. You should have deep experience in home textiles sourcing, strong vendor management skills, and a commitment to ethical and sustainable supply chain practices. The role requires travel to manufacturing partners in the region and the ability to work cross-functionally in a culture that values builders, innovation, and challenging conventional thinking.
