Heidi Health is a rapidly growing AI healthcare company that has scaled to support over 2 million patient sessions weekly across 116 countries. The company pivoted from broad healthcare AI to build an AI Care Partner that helps clinicians with documentation and clinical workflows, with hundreds of thousands of clinicians actively using the platform.
You'll be the second person in Heidi's Product Operations function, a team that was established six months ago and has already proven its value in keeping planning, reporting, change control, and launches moving across product teams. This is a hands-on role where you'll own a real slice of the function from day one.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own ambiguous problems end-to-end: scope broken processes, missing systems, or stakeholder complaints; find the right people; propose and deliver fixes
- Support and improve product operating rituals including planning cycles, standups, forums, retros, and reporting
- Build automations connecting tools like Linear, Slack, and Canny to enable information flow without manual updating
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Support, and Commercial teams to unblock execution and close gaps between perceived and actual progress
- Maintain process hygiene through consistent reporting formats, clear change-request paths, and tracked decisions
Recent examples of work in this function include automating product intake pipelines, redesigning company-wide reporting rituals, consolidating feedback channels into a single intake funnel, designing new resourcing/headcount request processes, and facilitating cross-functional workshops for major launches.
You'll work directly with Product and Engineering Leadership across Australia, the UK, and the USA in a fast-growing organization. The role is deliberately undefined in parts—you'll help shape what Product Ops becomes at Heidi while prioritizing helping teams deliver over building a perfect function.
