Signifyd is seeking a Solutions Manager for Financial Services to bridge business development and technical execution within the Partnerships team. This role combines consultative sales, business analysis, and internal project management to drive partnerships with financial institutions and payment providers.
You will own two primary responsibilities: externally, you'll build relationships with prospective Financial Services partners, understand their challenges, and present tailored solutions using the Signifyd platform. Internally, you'll serve as the quarterback coordinating across Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure commitments made to external partners are delivered on time and to specification.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at prospective and existing partner organizations
- Articulating Signifyd's value proposition to diverse audiences from operational teams to C-suite executives
- Developing deep understanding of payments, e-commerce, and fraud prevention landscapes and underlying technology
- Representing Signifyd at industry events and partner meetings
- Translating client needs into actionable technical requirements and engineering concepts into business value
- Serving as primary internal project manager for active client engagements, coordinating across functions
- Holding internal teams accountable to agreed timelines and proactively flagging delivery risks
- Partnering with Product and Engineering to ensure roadmap transparency and client-facing deadlines are integrated into internal planning
- Navigating legal and contracting processes to prevent bottlenecks in partnership launches
Required qualifications include 3–5 years in B2B financial services, e-commerce, payments, risk, fraud, or related solutions/sales support/technical implementation roles. You must demonstrate ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with competing priorities and hard external deadlines. Experience working alongside Product and Engineering teams is essential, as is familiarity with B2B legal contracting processes. You should be comfortable at the intersection of business and technology—able to hold substantive conversations with engineers and translate technical context for business audiences. Background in business analysis, consulting, finance, or technical roles (Solutions Engineer, Product Manager, Implementation Manager) is a strong plus. Strong analytical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication, and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders are required.
