Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, a platform enabling organizations to harness IoT data for actionable insights across physical operations including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing.
As a Solutions Integration Engineer II, you will be a core member of the Professional Services Organization, responsible for helping Samsara's most strategic customers build and implement B2B integrations with the IoT platform. Your week may involve working with large long-haul trucking companies, industrial-scale food producers, and public utilities to map integration needs to current and future API capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and building custom integrations for enterprise customers
- Mapping customer integration requirements to platform API capabilities
- Providing technical guidance and training to customer implementation teams on best practices
- Troubleshooting integration issues and advocating for fixes with the tech support team
- Ensuring successful customer relationships and outcomes
- Developing deep expertise in B2B integrations and IoT platform architecture
You will work cross-functionally with product managers, business operations, sales, and systems engineers, gaining exposure to multiple aspects of a hyper-growth company. This role offers opportunities to take on increasing responsibility as Samsara continues to scale its emerging IoT technology platform.
The role is fully remote, open to US-based candidates except those in the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington D.C. Metro Area.
