The Solutions Engineering Manager will lead and develop high-performing Select & Territory Solutions Engineering teams based in the Tempe, AZ office. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining people management, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hiring, developing, and leading inclusive, engaged, high-performing SE teams
- Serving as technical coach and mentor, handling technical escalations and complex solution navigation
- Identifying gaps and building programs/processes to support the SE team
- Working cross-functionally with sales, product, support, enablement, and marketing to drive improvements
- Developing team skillsets through coaching, mentoring, and enablement
- Up to 25% travel requirement
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years demonstrated leadership success as a technical presales manager in similar companies
- Experience at cloud and network infrastructure companies with hardware/software exposure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking, IT, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record leading high-performing sales engineering teams
- Experience building and scaling technical pre-sales teams
- Full-time onsite presence in Tempe office required
