As a Solutions Engineer - Managed Services, you will ensure successful integration and customization of Certa's products for enterprise clients. You'll configure the no-code platform to meet unique client requirements, design and implement API integrations for seamless data flow between Certa and client systems, and guide clients through onboarding and post-implementation support.
Key responsibilities include: collaborating with sales and client-facing teams to analyze business use cases and contribute to solution design; configuring workflows, data structures, and features to client specifications; partnering with engineering to design and manage API integrations with external systems; conducting testing, troubleshooting configuration issues, and maintaining detailed documentation; providing technical support, training, and guidance during client launches; and working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
You'll need 3–5 years of experience in a similar capacity with a proven track record serving medium-to-large enterprise customers. A bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering) is required. Technical skills must include proficiency in RESTful APIs, web services, and relevant programming languages/platforms. Experience with ERP integrations, JSON, SaaS products, and process tools like Miro or Visio is a plus. You should have strong analytical skills to translate complex business use cases into technical solutions, exceptional communication and presentation abilities, and a results-oriented, independent mindset.
