Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 / annual
CLEAR is building a secure identity platform transforming how people live, work, and travel. As a Solutions Engineer II focused on Healthcare, you will be the technical bridge between CLEAR's platform and enterprise healthcare customers, ensuring successful integration and adoption.
You will lead presales customer engagements including technical discovery, product demos, use case demonstrations, RFPs, solution and integration scoping, and proof-of-concepts. You'll drive customer integration for enterprise-level healthcare organizations by building reference applications, prototypes, and architecture diagrams. Your responsibilities include developing code samples, integrations, and applications across multiple languages and frameworks to demonstrate best practices and accelerate customer development timelines.
Throughout the presales, proof-of-concept, and integration phases, you will support customers with coding issues, troubleshooting, and integration patterns. You'll create and maintain both public and internal documentation to scale the team's capabilities. As the internal and external expert on CLEAR's identity platform integration and usage, you'll collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap. You'll also stay current with healthcare industry trends to identify new opportunities for CLEAR.
Success is measured by your trusted advisory relationships with GTM stakeholders, presales win rates and technical wins, post-sale time-to-value and implementation completion rates, and your role as a trusted advisor and CLEAR advocate to clients.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solution engineering, or solution consulting roles
- 2+ years of domain experience in health systems or healthtech
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in software development or technical sales
- Excellent development experience with one or more full-stack technologies including web or mobile front-end and supporting back-end systems
- Demonstrable understanding of the full software development lifecycle, common application architecture patterns, and experience with developer tooling
- Experience working with APIs, web technologies, and mobile technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to distill complex technical details into layperson terms
