Razorpay, India's leading full-stack fintech company, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as a customer-facing technical advocate for the Razorpay product suite. Reporting to the Head of Integrations within the Business Engineering team, you will support large enterprise prospects with technical implementation and integration of Razorpay's payment platform, particularly Curlec's offerings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain deep technical understanding of Razorpay's entire product suite, including AI-native agentic payments, fraud detection, reconciliation, smart payouts, and financial insights
- Represent Razorpay from a platform integration perspective with prospective merchants and enterprise clients
- Lead successful technical implementation of platform integrations between Curlec by Razorpay and merchant systems
- Provide technical support and respond to integration queries and requests from merchants within agreed turnaround times and quality standards
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge with in-depth understanding of coding languages and modern payment infrastructure
- Collaborate with merchants to ensure seamless payment solutions and successful onboarding
