As a Solutions Engineer at Curlec by Razorpay (Razorpay's Malaysia subsidiary), you will be the technical customer advocate supporting large enterprise merchants with platform integration and implementation. Reporting to the Head of Integrations within the Business Engineering team, you'll ensure successful deployment of Curlec's payment solutions and drive seamless merchant onboarding.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop deep expertise across the entire Curlec product suite and Razorpay's broader fintech offerings
- Provide technical guidance to enterprise prospects during sales cycles and implementation phases
- Support merchants with API integration, technical architecture, and best practices
- Maintain current technical knowledge and demonstrate proficiency in relevant coding languages
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to resolve customer technical challenges
- Document integration patterns and create technical resources for merchants
- Identify product gaps and feature requests based on customer interactions
You'll work at the intersection of sales and engineering, translating customer needs into technical solutions while ensuring successful go-live. The role requires strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, problem-solving ability to handle complex integration scenarios, and a customer-first mindset aligned with Razorpay's core values of ownership, transparency, and agility.
