The Corporate Development team serves as Nerdio's internal R&D and AI engineering hub, building automations, AI agents, AI-powered tools, and full-stack internal applications that accelerate other teams. The team also owns the data warehouse powering company-wide reporting and analytics.
As the technical lead of this team, you are both a hands-on builder and team multiplier. You will ship prototypes and production-grade internal applications yourself while setting technical direction, stewarding the data warehouse alongside data engineers, and coaching colleagues on modern AI development practices. This is an exceptionally broad role: one day designing agentic workflows, the next reviewing pull requests, then running team sessions on AI tooling (Claude, Cursor), and pitching new internal products to leadership.
You are senior enough to own architecture and technical strategy, hands-on enough to guide implementation, and generous enough to elevate the team. You thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and are comfortable wearing multiple hats.
