Harmony is an AI-powered enterprise service platform that deploys intelligent agents inside Slack and Microsoft Teams to resolve employee service requests across IT, HR, finance, procurement, and legal. The company's agents achieve a 70% no-touch resolution rate and deploy in days rather than months. As a Solutions Engineer, you will own the technical implementation and onboarding experience for customers, starting during the evaluation phase and continuing through post-sale deployment. You are a critical part of the sales process—your work directly influences whether prospects convert and whether customers expand. You will be a hands-on individual contributor responsible for configuring, integrating, and deploying the product in customer environments. During evaluations and POCs, your implementation work often tips the decision in Harmony's favor. You'll partner closely with Account Executives and the GTM team to shape deal strategy, scope technical requirements, and remove blockers. Key responsibilities include: owning end-to-end technical implementations; architecting customer environments and building integrations to accelerate time-to-value; developing repeatable implementation playbooks and tooling to scale the GTM motion; diagnosing and resolving complex technical challenges involving APIs, infrastructure, and code; communicating clearly with both technical practitioners and executives; and feeding field insights back to Product and Engineering. You should have 5+ years in solutions engineering, software engineering, technical consulting, or similar hands-on technical roles with GTM exposure. Strong technical depth with APIs, cloud infrastructure, networking, scripting, and debugging is essential. Proficiency in AI-assisted engineering workflows (Claude Code, Codex, LLM-based agents) is required. You must have experience working alongside Sales during deal cycles and running implementations across multiple customers simultaneously. Domain knowledge in IT operations, ITSM, or IT service management is preferred, as is a background in software development.
