Build is an AI company creating an agentic AI stack for institutional real estate, automating complex development and acquisitions workflows. As a Solutions Engineer, you will bridge the gap between Build's platform and the domain experts using it daily. Your core mission is to eliminate manual, repetitive work that slows down the delivery team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building internal tools that automate repeated manual tasks for the delivery team
- Integrating the platform with systems the team uses day-to-day
- Automating handoffs between people, agents, and data that currently require human intervention
- Instrumenting operations to identify where time is actually spent
- Converting one-off scripts into reliable, team-wide tools
- Owning tools end-to-end, including maintenance and support
- Working directly with users rather than gathering requirements remotely
- Feeding learnings back into the core product roadmap
