Peregrine Technologies, backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, is an AI-enabled platform that helps public safety organizations, state and local governments, federal agencies, and private-sector institutions convert siloed data into operational intelligence. The company serves hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, reaching over 125 million people.
You will own the design and operation of Peregrine's solutions enablement system, focusing on how teams understand, articulate, and apply customer use cases and personas across verticals. This is a highly execution-oriented role that transforms complexity into clarity for customer-facing teams.
Key responsibilities include:
**Use Case & Persona Framework**: Design and maintain a structured framework connecting verticals, use cases, personas, and workflows. Define clear persona profiles grounded in customers' day-to-day workflows, pain points, and needs. Own a centralized source of truth for vertical use cases and establish governance to ensure content remains current and consistent.
**Enablement & Training Design**: Create training on vertical-specific solutions, including key personas, their challenges, and how Peregrine differentiates. Build field-ready resources such as guides, playbooks, demo scripts, and videos to support confident customer conversations. Enable persona-aware solution storytelling across the sales team.
**Cross-Functional Partnership**: Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align personas with ICPs and messaging. Incorporate field feedback and define success metrics to continuously iterate based on adoption and impact.
You'll need 5+ years in Solutions, Product, or Sales Enablement roles, with proven ability to build enablement systems from scratch. Strong skills in translating technical complexity into clear guidance, facilitating live trainings, and excellent communication are essential. Experience in SaaS, B2G, or public safety is a plus. You must be located in San Francisco and willing to come into the office 4 days per week, with 25-35% travel.
