Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant to own the full customer lifecycle for a book of business in the Nordics region, based in Dublin. This role sits at the cornerstone of Notion's reimagined enterprise software sales model.
You will own the complete customer journey from first meeting through workflow design, commercial close, implementation, expansion, and renewal. As the single account owner, you are accountable for ensuring what you sell actually gets realized and that credits sold translate into credits consumed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the full customer lifecycle (new logo, expansion, renewal) for your assigned accounts
- Designing and building workflow solutions live with customers—discovery happens through live demos and co-building in Notion, not slide decks
- Partnering with BDRs on target account planning and co-owning outbound motion, running direct outreach to priority stakeholders
- Navigating commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals with appropriate scope and implementation paths
- Guiding customers through early implementation with clear adoption plans and handing off to Outcomes Architects for ongoing expansion
- Partnering with Outcomes Architects on onboarding, adoption strategies, expansion planning, and renewal execution while owning the commercial arc
You will be a builder who loves to sell, working at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise software. You'll operate with agency and urgency, bringing new ideas and workflows to customers while presenting simple solutions to complex problems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience selling technical products to technical buyers
- Technical fluency and genuine comfort building live in software—ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot in front of customers without specialist support
- Strong discovery and qualification instincts with ability to map customer workflows and translate them into commercial outcomes and adoption plans
- Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder interactions including procurement, legal, and security review cycles
- Ability to own the room with agency and urgency
- Obsession with AI, constantly building with newest tools and learning new ways of working
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales or solutions engineering experience with track record of exceeding quota in new logo and expansion motions
- Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and ability to structure credit-based proposals
- Experience in shared account ownership models partnering with post-sale or CS teams
