Razorpay is a leading full-stack fintech company powering digital payments across Asia. As a Solutions Consultant at Curlec (now part of Razorpay), you will architect and implement customized payment solutions for enterprise clients in Malaysia and Singapore.
You will own the full lifecycle of enterprise engagements, starting with in-depth technical discovery sessions to understand client business objectives and technical landscapes. You'll develop and present tailored solution proposals that demonstrate the value and feasibility of Razorpay's payment offerings.
During implementation, you'll lead technical onboarding of enterprise clients, ensuring seamless integration of customized payment solutions with their existing systems. You'll collaborate closely with internal technical and product teams to oversee development and configuration of bespoke solutions, managing project timelines and serving as the primary technical point of contact throughout delivery.
Beyond individual projects, you'll identify opportunities for innovation by evaluating Razorpay's products against industry trends and client feedback. You'll work with the Product team to design and propose new features aligned with market demands. You'll also troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with global teams for timely resolution, and identify process optimization opportunities.
