Deliverect is an API-first platform revolutionizing commerce for food and retail industries by providing connected on and off-premise solutions. The Implementation & Consultation team drives enterprise customer success through technical integration, project management, and continuous improvement.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a strategic technical authority and trusted business partner to enterprise clients. You will analyze complex customer workflows, translate technical requirements into scalable implementations, and lead deep-dive technical alignment sessions. You'll guide clients beyond basic setup by recommending best practices, operational excellence, and optimized integration architectures tailored to their business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing complex enterprise customer workflows and leading technical alignment sessions
- Recommending best practices and optimized integration architectures
- Acting as primary technical advisor to technical leads and C-suite executives
- Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to share Voice of Customer feedback and influence roadmaps
- Managing ambiguous, high-pressure environments by prioritizing initiatives and resolving shifting requirements
- Guiding clients through full onboarding and adoption lifecycle with end-to-end testing, training, and deployment
- Applying systems thinking and root-cause analysis to troubleshoot complex integration, middleware, and API challenges
- Documenting platform bugs, optimizing implementation frameworks, and mentoring team members
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with 4 days in office and 1 day remote.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus
- 3+ years of client-facing experience managing complex, multi-phased technical implementations or project lifecycles in fast-paced SaaS environments
- 4+ years of hands-on technical experience with REST APIs, webhooks, integration architectures, and developer documentation
- Deep API and integration literacy: proven ability to read, navigate, and architect solutions using complex API documentation, REST APIs, webhooks, middleware systems, and token authentication
- Executive-level communication: superior verbal and written skills with comfort presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders and non-technical business leaders
- Systems and troubleshooting aptitude: systematic approach to evaluating end-to-end data flows with root-cause troubleshooting mindset
- Automation and tooling experience: proficiency with Python and Google Apps Scripts, hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or Bruno
- Technical analytics: experience with data and monitoring tools such as Looker, BigQuery, or Grafana
