Salary: CAD 106,250 - 143,750 / annual
Vena Solutions is seeking a Solutions Architect for Professional Services to lead the technical delivery of Vena implementations. You will serve as the subject matter expert on both domain and product knowledge, working with customers to design and oversee implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design of Vena implementation projects, ensuring best practices and customer adoption
- Support project teams during configuration and testing, identifying and communicating risks
- Facilitate customer workshops to gather business and technical requirements, aligning with scope and budget
- Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into well-architected solutions using the Vena platform
- Serve as trusted advisor on change management, business process design, process improvements, and analytics
- Evaluate existing customer solutions to identify optimizations and enhancements
- Deliver high-quality customer service and exceed expectations
- Provide meaningful feedback and progress updates to project sponsors, managers, and consultants
- Conduct internal enablement sessions to upskill the Professional Services team
- Foster relationships with Product Management to provide feedback and advocate for customers
- Travel to client sites as required
This is a flexible position with options to work full-time from the Toronto office, hybrid throughout the week, or entirely remotely within Canada.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience implementing CPM/Cloud FP&A solutions
- Subject matter expertise in planning and reporting within FP&A context
- Demonstrated knowledge of formal implementation methodology (requirements gathering, solution design, etc.)
- Creative problem-solver who finds ingenious ways to resolve business problems
- Experience serving as trusted advisor to recognized customers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Confident communicator at all levels, including executives
- Passion for business analytics, modeling, and planning
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions
