As Solutions Architect Lead, you will lead client onboarding for Sardine's fraud and compliance products, managing end-to-end integrations and ensuring smooth, successful deployments. This is a hands-on role working closely with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing integration team focused on delivering seamless client onboarding and scalable technical solutions
- Providing end-to-end support during client onboarding, setting clients up for success
- Owning APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documentation
- Analyzing client requirements from technical and functional perspectives and designing solutions leveraging Sardine's platform capabilities
- Managing implementation projects, monitoring quality, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and driving deliverables
- Building deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria
- Providing product feedback to internal stakeholders based on ground-level insights
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solutions architect, or systems analyst, working with multiple technical teams
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple simultaneous projects
- Experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- Experience with API specs (OpenAPI), web development, and scripting languages (bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
