Shakudo is building an operating system for data and AI—a comprehensive, fully automated platform that integrates best-in-class open-source components tailored to each organization's unique infrastructure needs.
As a Solutions Architect on the Stack team, you will be the technical anchor for assigned customer accounts. Your responsibilities include:
• Understanding customers' data and AI infrastructure challenges and pain points
• Architecting production-ready solutions on the Shakudo platform
• Integrating Shakudo into customer environments (Kubernetes, Helm, cloud infrastructure)
• Driving ongoing account growth and expanding Shakudo's footprint within existing customers
• Bridging deep technical expertise with strong relationship and communication skills
• Owning the technical relationship with assigned accounts from implementation through expansion
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that sits between pre-sales and post-sales. Success is measured by customer adoption, solution quality, and account growth. You will move fluidly between technical deep-dives (infrastructure, containerization, cloud platforms) and strategic customer conversations about their business outcomes.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with Kubernetes, Helm, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and data/AI platforms. You should be comfortable with both technical architecture and customer relationship management, and thrive in a role where you directly influence customer success and company growth.
