Atomic Financial is building connectivity infrastructure that enables consumers to securely share their payroll and financial data with fintech and financial services companies. The company works with 8 of the top 10 financial institutions and 13 of the top 20 neobanks, powering use cases like mortgage applications, credit card verification, and direct deposit switching. As a Solutions Architect, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and the engineering team. You'll guide customer development teams through onboarding, provide technical support and troubleshooting, and act as a trusted advisor for complex integration challenges. Key responsibilities include: - Proactive technical support: Provide detailed explanations and solutions for customers planning and integrating with Atomic's solutions - Debugging and problem-solving: Investigate complex technical issues within customer applications and collaborate with engineering to resolve them - Customer relationship management: Serve as the primary technical point of contact, understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions - Technical education: Teach customers about best practices for implementing Atomic's solutions and help optimize their use of the platform - Documentation: Create and update technical articles and knowledge base content - Product feedback: Identify improvement areas and recommend enhancements based on customer insights Day-to-day activities include demoing the product to customer technical teams, leading implementation conversations, guiding integration decisions, and fielding feature requests and issues. You'll be the eyes and ears of the product and engineering teams, translating customer feedback into actionable insights. QUALIFICATIONS: - 3+ years of experience in software development or equivalent technical support roles, preferably with exposure to full-stack web development, SDKs, and/or mobile development - Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability for complex issues - Exceptional written communication: ability to produce clear, concise technical documentation and customer-facing materials (public writing samples highly valued) - Effective verbal communication: ability to deliver engaging presentations, webinars, and live demos for technical and non-technical audiences (public speaking or video samples a plus) - Proficiency in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Kotlin, Swift, or Java required; experience with JavaScript codebases and mobile SDKs in Kotlin/Swift highly beneficial) - Demonstrated ability to diagnose customer issues and recommend solutions at architectural level and through specific code snippets - Passion for customer service and understanding diverse user needs - Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
