Justt is a leader in chargeback automation, providing AI-driven solutions that help merchants reclaim revenue from payment disputes. We're seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join our team and take full ownership of complex technical processes spanning pre-sales through customer onboarding.
In this role, you'll lead technical sales processes by conducting deep discovery with prospective clients, delivering professional product demonstrations and technical workshops, and developing customized solutions addressing specific business challenges. You'll own the complete technical implementation of Justt's platform for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems, providing comprehensive training, and proactively resolving technical challenges throughout onboarding.
You'll work cross-functionally with sales, product, customer success, and engineering teams to exceed client expectations. You'll translate client needs into clearly defined technical tasks for R&D, drive them to completion, and contribute to technical documentation and training materials.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting experience, with 2+ years in fintech or payments preferred. You'll have deep understanding of AI-powered solutions, payment processing systems, fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolution. Technical skills include hands-on experience with integration processes, APIs, and data mapping; strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities; and the capacity to define and scope technical tasks for engineering teams. You'll demonstrate strong project management capabilities, managing multiple onboarding and integration projects simultaneously while keeping stakeholders aligned and timelines on track.
You'll communicate exceptionally well, explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You're independent and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects. You maintain composure under pressure, prioritize customers, and fit well in a creative startup atmosphere. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
This position is based in Tampa with a hybrid model. Some travel is expected to meet clients, support on-site integrations, and collaborate with teammates.
