Oriient is building advanced Indoor GPS technology for retail, healthcare, smart buildings, and other verticals. As a Solution Engineer, you'll be the technical bridge between customers and Oriient's engineering teams, driving integration of our mobile SDK (iOS/Android) and location services.
You'll work primarily with one major strategic customer, deeply understanding their needs and use cases while supporting their development processes. Key responsibilities include engaging customers to understand integration requirements, acting as the primary technical point of contact for debugging and troubleshooting, and helping customers architect applications to maximize Oriient's capabilities.
You'll collaborate across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption. This includes providing training to internal teams and customers, working closely with R&D teams to integrate new capabilities, and frequently interacting with strategic customers—including on-site presence when needed. You'll be a native part of the customer team, joining their meetings and maintaining close familiarity with their roadmap and plans.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, preferably with mobile development experience or mobile SDK/API expertise. You need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to engage customers through complex integrations, and strong analytical abilities. Experience creating detailed integration guides and documentation is important. You should be fluent in English (verbal and written), a collaborative team player who takes initiative, and able to build productive relationships.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
