Clutch Security is seeking a Solution Engineer to join the CTO Office, a specialized engineering organization that bridges R&D, Product, and Customers. The CTO Office owns the customer relationship end-to-end, from building trust and designing technical solutions to implementing integrations and serving as a security counterpart on complex problems. In this role, you'll combine software engineering expertise with deep product knowledge and cybersecurity depth to solve advanced customer use cases. You'll be the go-to technical resource for the most complex customer scenarios, providing the capabilities that unlock high-impact implementations. Key responsibilities include: - Solving advanced technical use cases and providing deep technical expertise for complex customer scenarios - Building systems that ensure consistency, trustworthiness, and operational scale, including integration health monitoring and data integrity validation - Empowering field teams with insights and tools, including internal reporting and cross-tenant dashboards - Designing and building agentic AI workflows that operationalize Clutch's intelligence and automate high-value actions - Acting as a trusted technical partner to both customer teams and internal field organizations - Collaborating with Product and R&D teams to refine features, detections, and platform capabilities based on field insights You'll work closely with CTO Office Engineers, Security Researchers, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer success. Required qualifications: 5+ years in Software Engineering, Security Research, Solutions Architecture, or DevSecOps roles. Strong hands-on skills in Python and SQL with experience building production tooling. Solid understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS ecosystems, and CI/CD environments. Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, including designing and building agentic workflows. Exceptional communication skills for engaging both executives and technical teams. Familiarity with threat detection, incident response, and security posture management. Demonstrated ability to solve problems end-to-end in dynamic, ambiguous environments. Nice-to-have skills include prior customer-facing technical experience, expertise with data pipelines and analytics stacks (Airflow, Spark, DuckDB, Iceberg), BI/reporting infrastructure knowledge, experience with Non-Human Identity ecosystems and identity/access management platforms, and background building large-scale reliable systems.
