Dexory is a fast-scaling AI company seeking an experienced Solution Deployment Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex implementation projects and customer rollouts. You will own end-to-end delivery of solution deployments, from internal scoping through post-implementation stabilization, ensuring smooth technology and business solution rollouts both within Dexory and across customer environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex solution deployments, managing scope, schedule, and quality while driving exceptional customer experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Client Operations, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment on priorities and success measures.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans accounting for technical and operational complexity, including timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies, escalating and driving resolution to protect project outcomes.
- Ensure all workstreams adhere to Dexory's standards for quality, speed, reliability, and compliance.
- Act as the central point of coordination and communication for internal stakeholders and leadership, providing structured updates and clarity of ownership.
- Capture learnings from each deployment to improve tools, processes, and team efficiency for future implementations.
The role requires strong cross-functional project management capabilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you'll work closely with key customers to bring next-generation features to life at scale.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in solution deployment, IT implementations, or enterprise software rollouts.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies, system integration, and release management best practices.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Google Suite, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-focused mindset.
