Salary: USD 142,500 - 168,750 / annual
Nexthink, a leader in digital employee experience management software, is seeking a Solution Consultant to join its commercial sales team in Boston. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) supporting 4-6 Client Specialists with technical expertise and pre-sales support.
You will serve as the technical expert for the sales organization, responsible for day-to-day technical support on sales opportunities including discovery meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept/proof-of-value engagements. Your focus will be on creating and delivering innovative presentations and value propositions that showcase the Nexthink platform, matching technical capabilities to required business outcomes for both executive and technical audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide technical support on sales opportunities to drive technical closes and wins
- Engage with customers and prospects to demonstrate solutions and communicate core value propositions and market differentiators
- Partner with the sales team to qualify opportunities and align to business outcomes
- Work with multiple customer stakeholders (End User Computing, IT Operations, IT Service Management) to illustrate use cases and add value
- Complete technical sections of security questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs
- Run and facilitate technical validations (POC/POV) with prospects
- Participate in webinars and marketing events
- Occasional travel within the US and internationally

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role, ideally selling End User Computing SaaS/cloud-based solutions to mid-to-large sized businesses
- Proven track record partnering with sales organizations to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals in high-velocity, transactional sales motions
- Experience serving as a key technical resource introducing new technology into new markets
- Experience in one or more of: Workplace/End User/Desktop Services management; Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end-user experience functions; Cloud, Windows 10, O365, or migration/release/change-related projects; ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, or quality-of-service disciplines; Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex solutions environments
- Strong business acumen; ability to translate business context into creative, pragmatic solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working independently with minimal guidance and judgment to escalate appropriately
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn Nexthink's products, services, and business
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with presence to engage business owners and IT leaders
