Neo4j is seeking a Solution Architect for Onboarding to support enterprise customers during their critical early adoption phase. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor within the Professional Services team, bridging the gap between contract signature and production-ready deployment.
You will lead complex technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers to align on success criteria, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies. Your responsibilities include guiding the instantiation of Neo4j AuraDB environments or self-managed clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP, establishing secure network architectures using private endpoints and IP allow lists.
You will implement baseline system hardening, TLS/SSL termination, encryption-at-rest protocols, and enforce least-privileged access through enterprise SSO and RBAC configurations. You will architect robust data ingestion pipelines, design graph data models optimized for performance, and provide hands-on support for application integration.
For fully managed AuraDB customers, you will leverage automation to optimize data modeling, enterprise connectivity, and application health. For self-managed environments, you will apply Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and platform engineering practices to deliver secure, resilient graph clusters across hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.
You will shape tailored onboarding blueprints, orchestrate complex delivery workstreams, and guarantee predictable, accelerated time-to-value. This role sits at the heart of Neo4j's customer-first culture, requiring deep technical expertise combined with strong communication and customer advocacy skills.
