Cyera is hiring a Solution Architect for its OCTO Data team to serve as the technical bridge between field operations and product development. The company provides AI trust infrastructure and data security solutions for Fortune 1000 enterprises.
In this role, you will analyze customer data environments using SQL to identify gaps, anomalies, and opportunities for improving platform accuracy and coverage. You'll drive a continuous feedback loop that translates field findings into actionable inputs for model tuning, product improvements, and R&D prioritization. Your work directly influences how the platform evolves and benefits all customers.
Key responsibilities include designing and building internal tools and automation to scale the team's ability to deliver value across customers, collaborating with field teams to ensure the platform is properly tuned for each customer's unique data landscape, and creating documentation and best-practice frameworks. You'll partner closely with R&D and Research teams to close gaps between out-of-the-box capabilities and real-world customer needs.
