UiPath is seeking a Solution Architect to join its Professional Services team in Bangalore. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise automation solutions using the UiPath Automation Platform, working directly with customers and partners to unlock the full potential of robotic process automation (RPA).
You will lead a team of automation developers through the complete project lifecycle—from proof-of-concept and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Your responsibilities include architecting scalable, reusable automation workflows; overseeing development quality and testing cycles; conducting code reviews; and mentoring junior developers and architects.
Key technical focus areas include designing agentic automation solutions using UiPath Agent Builder, Maestro (agentic orchestration), and Autopilot. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and OpenAI Codex to accelerate solution design and code reviews. You'll develop workflows and custom activities using C#/.NET and Python, and work with UiPath's full product suite including Document Understanding, Computer Vision, and Action Center.
You will deliver technical training, demos, and blueprints to clients, provide ongoing support, and ensure solutions meet business requirements for revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/IT; 10+ years in IT with code development background; minimum 4 years developing and implementing UiPath automation workflows; strong technical skills across the UiPath product suite; hands-on experience with RE-framework, Orchestration Framework, and Document Understanding; proficiency in C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript; excellent communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include team leadership experience, UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional certification, experience with Mainframe/SAP/Citrix automation, knowledge of generative AI and agentic automation frameworks, familiarity with LLM APIs and prompt engineering, and understanding of cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP).
