Sitecore is seeking a Solution/Technical Architect to join the APJ (Asia-Pacific & Japan) Customer Value Realisation team. You will work directly with medium to enterprise customers and partners across emerging markets, providing advisory and hands-on technical assistance in architecting, developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Sitecore products to align with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level strategic advisory and consultation on Sitecore technologies (SitecoreAI, XM/XP, Content Hub, CDP/Personalize)
- Architect solutions, develop proof of concepts, and execute configuration changes in Sitecore platforms
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers, owning technical interactions and ensuring optimal value realization
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to drive customer success
- Support and mentor team members on technical and business challenges
- Work with IT and marketing stakeholders to translate technical concepts into business outcomes

Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Sitecore technologies with deep expertise in one or more products: SitecoreAI, XM/XP, Content Hub, or CDP/Personalize
- Strong consultancy background with proven experience in client-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
- Strong focus on driving business outcomes for customers and Sitecore
- Robust time management and ability to handle complex context switching
- Customer-centric mindset with passion for technology and eagerness to learn
- Can-do attitude and comfort with ambiguity and challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with multiple Sitecore products (SitecoreAI, XM/XP, Personalize, Search, Content Hub)
- Sitecore developer and/or Azure certifications
- Experience with headless technologies (React, Next.js, GraphQL, Node.js)
- Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Understanding of website architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, and integrations
