Mekari, Indonesia's leading SaaS company, is seeking a Solution Architect to design and deliver comprehensive technical solutions for enterprise clients. You will analyze client business needs and translate them into scalable, secure system architectures using modern web technologies. Your responsibilities include designing technical solutions leveraging JavaScript, TypeScript, and React JS; leading customization and implementation of vertical products; evaluating and optimizing front-end and back-end performance across web and mobile platforms; and ensuring system scalability through documentation and knowledge sharing.
You will collaborate with Business Consultants, Solution Engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and assess technical risks. You'll participate in pre-sales and post-sales activities, providing technical expertise to potential and existing clients. You'll develop cost and time estimates for proposed solutions and provide technical leadership to Solution Engineers, mentoring them on best practices and efficient delivery.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field (or 2-3 years of equivalent experience in software architecture). You should have proven experience as a Solution Architect, Solution Engineer, or Fullstack Developer with strong client-driven solution focus. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You must be proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript, with hands-on experience building scalable solutions using React JS and related frameworks. Experience with front-end frameworks like Chakra UI, server-side integration tools like Axios, state management solutions (React Query), and routing (React Router DOM) is required. You should have in-depth understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance optimization for mobile and web platforms, plus knowledge of relational databases and data structure design. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead teams and mentor others are critical.
