The Solution Architecture team is the highest technical tier of the field organization, responsible for delivering technical excellence and driving customer success. As a senior Solution Architect, you will act as a technical leader and domain owner, bridging the gap between field operations and R&D.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the senior technical point of contact for complex customer engagements in both pre-sale and post-sale phases
- Partner with customers to design and implement technical solutions aligned with security, compliance, and operational requirements
- Lead Proof of Value and production rollout initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and strong adoption
- Own a product domain, working closely with R&D to resolve friction, contribute to roadmap development, and drive ecosystem growth
- Build reusable solution assets including internal documentation, technical guides, automation scripts, and enablement content
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive platform adoption
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across data sources, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems
- Continuously improve internal workflows, tooling, and best practices to support a growing customer base and field team
You will work hands-on with customers during implementations, guide architectural decisions, and directly shape the evolution of the product based on real-world needs.
