Salary: USD 205,000 - 268,000 / annual
Fireblocks is a blockchain infrastructure platform trusted by major financial institutions, banks, and Web3 companies to securely manage digital assets. As a Solution Architect in the AMER Professional Services team, you will own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for the region's largest banks and financial institutions.
You will take end-to-end accountability for solutions from deal close through production deployment. Key responsibilities include defining enterprise customer setups with Fireblocks (API integrations, security architecture, documentation), steering complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenization, and Travel Rule compliance to production, and codifying reusable reference architectures and integration patterns to scale delivery across AMER.
You will act as a bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges, support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design, and ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience. Proven experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments. Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3 technologies, or banking/financial systems (one required, both preferred). Software development experience with hands-on technical mindset. Deep understanding of IT security and cloud experience. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices. Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring engineers or architects. Pre-sales exposure and multilingual abilities (Spanish/Portuguese) are advantageous.
