Tilt is a fintech company using machine learning and real-time financial signals to provide credit access to underserved populations globally. The Cashalo team is seeking a Senior Software QA Engineer to join their Manila office on a hybrid basis (2 days/week in-office).
You will own end-to-end quality assurance for mobile and API products serving millions of customers. Your responsibilities include designing and maintaining automated test frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with Product and Engineering to develop comprehensive test strategies, and executing manual, performance, and stress testing to ensure system reliability under load. You'll drive the defect resolution lifecycle, working directly with developers to troubleshoot and verify fixes for complex issues. You'll also participate in code reviews, manage test environments and data, and use metrics to continuously refine testing processes.
Key qualifications: 5+ years in mobile and/or REST API manual testing; 3+ years in REST API automation (Python, JavaScript, or similar); experience as a technical leader in QA; background in Agile Continuous Delivery teams. Preferred: CI/CD and DevOps experience with cloud platforms like Azure; API performance and load testing expertise.
