Graphcore, a leading innovator in AI compute infrastructure and member of the SoftBank Group, is seeking a Software Infrastructure Engineer to join its dynamic Software Infrastructure team in Bristol. The team provides critical platforms and services for software development across the organization, managing CI/CD platforms, build engineering, component integration, packaging, and release systems.
In this role, you will develop, own, and maintain essential tools and services that support the software build and release process for Graphcore's Machine Learning software components. You will work with high-performance computing (HPC) AI platforms and gain valuable experience in distributed systems. Key responsibilities include deploying and maintaining services using Kubernetes and Docker, enhancing build, test, deployment, and productization processes, and contributing to infrastructure that scales across the organization.
The Software Infrastructure team operates in squads with a culture of service ownership and engineering empowerment. The focus is on long-term engineering solutions and eliminating toil wherever possible. You will collaborate with software development teams across the business to provide reliable, scalable infrastructure that enables innovation in AI compute.
