You'll join as an Engineering Tech Lead in a deeply technical, hands-on role that bridges engineering, architecture, and customer strategy. This is not a traditional people-management position—instead, you'll operate as a senior technical authority driving strategic initiatives across multiple teams and domains.
Key responsibilities include: leading architecture and technical direction for enterprise AI initiatives; working directly with Fortune 500 customers to design and deliver scalable AI solutions; partnering cross-functionally with Platform, Product, and Engineering teams; staying hands-on with code and engineering teams; driving complex technical decisions around scalability, reliability, and system design; helping customers solve production challenges and build long-term technical trust; designing enterprise-grade solutions across diverse customer environments; influencing engineering standards and long-term technical direction; and operating in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where execution speed is critical.
You'll spend time both deep in architecture and code, and in rooms with customer executives guiding critical technical decisions. The role requires someone equally comfortable writing code, designing systems, and leading technical conversations with both engineers and senior stakeholders.
Required qualifications: 7+ years of software engineering experience; strong hands-on expertise with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks; deep experience designing scalable production systems and distributed architectures; strong architectural thinking combined with a builder mentality; experience with enterprise customers or large-scale deployments; experience building AI/LLM-powered products or platforms; excellent communication skills for technical leadership; high ownership mentality and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of engineering, architecture, AI, product, and customer strategy inside a fast-growing AI company, working directly with founders and senior leaders on high-impact initiatives.
