This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on driving strategic engineering initiatives across the organization. You'll operate at the intersection of architecture, product, AI, and customer strategy—equally comfortable writing code, designing systems, and advising enterprise executives on critical technical decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading architecture and technical direction for strategic enterprise AI initiatives
- Working directly with Fortune 500 customers to design and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions
- Partnering cross-functionally with Platform, Product, and Engineering teams
- Staying deeply hands-on with code while influencing company-wide engineering standards and practices
- Driving complex technical decisions around scalability, reliability, performance, and system design
- Helping customers solve production challenges and building long-term technical trust
- Operating in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where execution speed is critical
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
- Deep experience designing scalable production systems and distributed architectures
- Proven track record building AI/LLM-powered products or platforms
- Experience working with enterprise customers or large-scale deployments
- Excellent communication skills for leading technical conversations with engineers and executives
- High ownership mentality and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
