The platform handles money movement, tax calculations, and compliance workflows for thousands of businesses across all industries. While roles can be remote, hybrid, or office-based, the company encourages attendance at team offsites, events, and hackathons throughout the year, with an annual 3-day company retreat in spring. Requirements: - Senior-level experience building complex systems or working within regulated industries, with a focus on scaling - Ability to work autonomously on team-wide projects - Experience in cross-functional, collaborative environments managing multiple stakeholders - Track record of high-quality, quick decision-making informed by learned experience - Curiosity and tenacity to debug complex problems in intricate systems - Willingness to learn the current tech stack: Python/Django, React, TypeScript, AWS, Terraform, Postgres, Temporal, and GitHub
