Anduril Industries is a defense technology company building advanced autonomous systems and AI-powered military capabilities. The Software Platform Foundations team is responsible for the foundational systems that enable engineering teams to develop, test, and deploy cutting-edge defense technology efficiently and reliably.
As a Software Engineer, Quality Integration, you will ensure the quality, traceability, and rapid deployment of software solutions across Anduril's Lattice OS platform. You'll work within a complex ecosystem spanning multi-stage release pipelines, cloud environments, and robotic systems where engineering decisions have concrete, measurable consequences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Author and execute test plans against active Lattice release branches, combining manual testing where appropriate with automated test suites
- Build and extend automated systems for development, verification, and release that maintain quality standards across all SWP services
- Develop and maintain reference environments (Cloud, Robot, NixOS VM) that are available, representative, and trustworthy
- Implement software interfaces, keyword libraries, and product hooks enabling seamless end-to-end testing across complex systems
- Maintain and improve integration of regression and performance testing into CI/CD pipelines, catching regressions before customer release
- Implement AI-enabled automation for failure triage, remediation suggestions, and test generation
- Onboard SWP services onto the Integrated Continuous Release (ICR) pipeline
- Raise engineering standards through code review, documentation, and clear, debuggable tests
