Lynx Financial Crime Tech is an AI-powered software company specializing in detecting and predicting behavioral patterns in financial crime prevention. The company develops advanced technology for fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML), serving global financial institutions, fintechs, and enterprises with real-time analytics and AI-driven intelligence.
As a Software Engineer (Python), you will participate in developing an innovative AML tool leveraging artificial intelligence, big data, and real-time processing. Your key responsibilities include:
• Analyzing requirements and participating in solution design
• Developing and maintaining a cloud-based application for AML detection in financial environments
• Analyzing and improving system performance and speed
• Writing and executing automated tests to ensure correct functionality
• Creating test cases and diagnosing/fixing issues
• Implementing improvements and best practices in version control and software development tools
Required qualifications:
• 2+ years of professional Python development experience
• Strong knowledge of Python programming and best practices
• Automated testing in Python
Desirable qualifications:
• Computer Science or Software Engineering degree
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
• RESTful API development experience
• Python database programming with Elasticsearch and SQL
• Docker knowledge
• AWS certifications or experience
• Bash scripting skills
