Lynx Financial Crime Tech is an AI-powered software company specializing in fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) solutions for global financial institutions. As a Software Engineer (Python), you will contribute to the development of an innovative AML detection platform built on artificial intelligence, big data, and real-time processing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing requirements and participating in solution design
- Developing and maintaining a cloud-based AML detection application in financial environments
- Analyzing and improving system performance and speed
- Writing and executing automated tests to ensure code quality
- Creating test cases and diagnosing/fixing issues
- Implementing best practices in version control and software development tools
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional Python development experience
- Strong knowledge of Python programming and best practices
- Experience writing automated tests in Python
- Computer Science or Software Engineering degree (preferred)
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher, preferred)
Desired technical skills:
- RESTful API development
- Python database programming with Elasticsearch and SQL
- Docker containerization
- AWS cloud certifications
- Bash scripting
