As a Software Engineer in Provider Growth, you will own the systems that drive network expansion and provider activation. This is a hands-on role with direct business impact: you'll build production software, shape technical strategy, develop internal and external tools, and apply AI to growth workflows. You'll work across the full provider journey—from onboarding and dashboard experience to automation and experimentation—collaborating closely with Product, Operations, and Growth teams.
Key responsibilities include: owning core provider experience end-to-end; setting technical direction for Provider Growth architecture; building AI agents and automation for lead qualification, data enrichment, and outreach; designing tools that replace manual work with scalable systems; running experiments on onboarding, activation, and referral surfaces; and defining metrics to understand the provider funnel.
