DeepScribe is building AI agents for healthcare providers, automating medical documentation and streamlining clinical workflows like trial matching and billing. The company has raised $60M+ from top-tier investors including Index Ventures, with backing from Scale AI's CEO and Figma's CEO. Customers include major healthcare systems like US Oncology Network and Ochsner Health. As a Software Engineer, Product, you'll contribute to designing and implementing a real-time LLM-powered platform that saves clinicians hours of documentation time. You'll build core features across the full stack, including onboarding flows, note customization, and in-the-moment clinical insights. You'll work cross-functionally with product, design, clinical experts, and go-to-market teams to ship best-in-class products. You should be comfortable writing Python and/or TypeScript/React, working across the stack, and learning new technologies as needed. You'll interact directly with end-users (doctors) and move fast while maintaining high code quality. Experience with healthcare systems, EHR integrations, clinical documentation, sensitive data handling (SOC-2/HIPAA), mobile development, or AWS is a plus but not required. The role is remote with an option for Bay Area residents to work from the SF office. Compensation is $100K–$185K annually plus meaningful equity, flexible PTO, work-from-home stipend, and standard benefits.
