The Platform team is responsible for all backend services including payments, analytics, subscriptions, text-to-speech engines, and external APIs. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining robust APIs that power the product ecosystem. You'll work on the public TTS API, internal services (Payment, Subscription, Auth, Consumption Tracking), and collaborate on B2B enterprise solutions requiring customization and integration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop scalable backend APIs meeting business and performance requirements
- Oversee the full backend API landscape, optimizing for performance and maintainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy
- Work on B2B solutions focused on enterprise client needs
Required qualifications: backend development experience with TypeScript/Node.js, hands-on GCP experience, and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms. Preferred: Docker containerization and Kubernetes deployment experience.
